The Charter of Refusals.

Ten refusals that define what LIMINATE will not become.

§ Preamble

A House is defined first by what it refuses.

LIMINATE is a small House. It intends to remain so. To ensure it does not, over time, become what it was built to refuse, we publish this Charter. Ten refusals. Signed. Dated. Kept.

Nothing in this document is aspirational. Each refusal describes a decision that has already been made and a line that has already been drawn. Should any of them be crossed, that decision will be published, signed and explained in the Decision Register on the same day.

I

No proprietary blends.

Every active is named on the front of the box. Every dose is printed in milligrams, next to its name. What we cannot defend on the label, we do not include in the formula. A composition that hides its own weights is not a composition.

II

No promise beyond the evidence.

We do not sell what a study does not support. Where the science is thin, we say so. Where an active is included for tradition rather than trial, we name it as such. We would rather sell fewer boxes than sell a sentence we cannot defend.

No paid reviews. No fake founders.

No affiliate schemes. No influencer contracts. No testimonials we did not earn from readers who took the ritual and wrote back on their own accord. The First Edition inscribes real names because they belong to real people.

No subscription lock-in.

The Commitment can be paused, skipped or cancelled from your account at any time. In one click. No dark patterns. No hidden clauses. No cancellation form that takes you through fourteen screens. If a reader wants to leave, we open the door.

No product we would not take ourselves.

What we sell, we take. Every morning. In the same doses, from the same production runs, in the same sachets that leave for the reader. What we would not take, we do not sell.

No wellness cliché.

No coffee-shop meditations. No borrowed spiritualism. No influencer aesthetics dressed as heritage. LIMINATE is a House, not a lifestyle. We publish an argument, we ship a ritual, we remain small on purpose.

No discount manipulation.

No flash sales. No fake urgency. No « limited time » that resets weekly. The First Edition closes when it closes. If a price ever moves, it moves with reason, and the reason is published in the Decision Register.

VIII

No growth at the cost of the reader.

We remain small on purpose. We ship to a limited number of readers each edition and we stop when the edition is complete. Growth that outruns the standard is not growth we accept. The reader is not a channel.

IX

No data we do not need.

We collect what an order requires, nothing more. We do not sell it, we do not rent it, we do not use it for behavioural targeting. When you leave, your data leaves with you. Delete requests are answered in days, not weeks.

X

No silence on what matters.

When a decision affects the reader, we publish it. Dated. Signed. Kept in the Decision Register. If we ever cross a line drawn in this Charter, that too will be published on the same day, with the reason, and in the same words we use here.

A House is a set of decisions kept in one place.
