Shipping Policy — LIMINATE

Where we ship

We currently ship to the following countries:

  • Belgium
  • France
  • Netherlands
  • Luxembourg
  • Germany
  • Ireland

Additional countries will be announced. For questions about a specific location, contact contact@liminate.com.

Shipping cost

Free shipping — always, across all destinations we serve. No minimum, no threshold, no price gate. Applied automatically at checkout.

Delivery time

  • Standard orders: 2 to 4 business days after order confirmation, from our atelier in Belgium.
  • Founders Edition pre-orders: First delivery October 30, 2026. Tracking will follow closer to shipment.
  • Subscription renewals (The Unbroken Chain): Ships automatically every 28 days, timed to reach you before your last capsule of the current box.

Carriers

Depending on destination, orders ship via bpost, DPD, or an equivalent premium carrier. Every order includes tracking, sent by email as soon as the box leaves the atelier.

What happens after your order

  1. Order confirmation — immediate email
  2. Preparation — within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), longer for weekend orders
  3. Shipment — you receive a tracking link when the box leaves our warehouse
  4. Delivery — 2 to 4 business days across our serviced zone

Undeliverable or lost packages

If your tracking shows no update for 5+ business days, or if the courier reports the package as undeliverable, email us at contact@liminate.com with your order number. We investigate and either resend the box at our cost or refund you.

Address changes

You can update your delivery address in your customer account at any time up to 24 hours before your next shipment.

Business hours

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 15:00 CET typically ship the same or next business day. Orders placed Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday ship Monday.
