Purchase Options Cancellation Policy — LIMINATE

Applicable to The Unbroken Chain subscription and any recurring purchase option.


1. Cancellation freedom

Your Unbroken Chain subscription may be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time, without reason, without fees, without penalty.

Your Founders rate — €80 per cycle, locked forever — is preserved for as long as you remain in The Chain. If you cancel and later wish to return, the Founders rate can no longer be reserved once the 2,500 seats are filled.

2. Cancellation timing

Cancellation becomes effective before the next scheduled payment, provided it is requested at least 24 hours before that payment. Any cancellation requested less than 24 hours before a scheduled charge will apply to the following billing cycle — you will still receive and be charged for the currently in-progress box.

3. Pause or skip a delivery

Instead of cancelling, you may pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery, at no cost, at any time via your customer account. Pausing preserves your Founders rate for future cycles.

4. Effects of cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • No further boxes will be shipped after the currently in-progress cycle.
  • No further payments will be charged.
  • Your account remains active for future one-time purchases at standard rates.

5. Refund of the last cycle received

The last box you have already received is not refundable, in accordance with the exception applicable to sealed food supplements under Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Unshipped, un-charged boxes are simply not billed.

6. How to cancel

  1. Log into your customer account on liminate.com.
  2. Go to "Manage subscription" or "My Chain".
  3. Click "Cancel subscription".
  4. Confirm your choice.

Alternatively, email contact form (subject: "Subscription") with your order number and we will process the cancellation manually within 24 business hours.
