14-day right of withdrawal (EU statutory)

Under Article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without providing any reason and without penalty other than return shipping costs.

Important exception — sealed food supplements

Under Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed food supplement products whose seal has been broken after delivery, for reasons of hygiene and consumer health protection.

Consequently: an opened box of LUCID cannot be returned or refunded.

Unopened boxes (seal intact) may be returned within the 14-day window.

Books (LIMINATE Library)

Books purchased through the LIMINATE Library follow the standard 14-day right of withdrawal, provided the book is returned in its original condition, unread, and in its original packaging.

How to request a return

  1. Email contact@liminate.com within 14 days of receipt, mentioning your order number and reason for return.
  2. We reply within 24 business hours with a return authorization and instructions.
  3. Ship the product back to the address we provide, at your own cost, using a tracked service.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refund is processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Damaged or defective items

If your box arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, email contact@liminate.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage
  • A brief description

We ship a replacement at our cost or issue a full refund, at your choice.

Subscription cancellations

The Unbroken Chain subscription can be paused, skipped, or cancelled at any time via your customer account, at no cost. Boxes already shipped follow the standard return policy above.

No refund is issued for boxes already dispatched at the time of cancellation — you receive that box, and no further boxes are shipped.

Refund processing time

Once approved, refunds appear on your statement within:

  • 3 to 5 business days for card payments
  • 1 to 3 business days for PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Bancontact
  • Up to 10 business days for bank transfer
