This form is provided under Annex I(B) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article VI.49 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. You are not required to use it: any unambiguous statement is sufficient.
Your right of withdrawal
You have 14 days to withdraw from your contract without giving any reason.
- LUCID (one-time purchase) — the period starts on the day you, or a third party you designate, take physical possession of the parcel. For the First Edition shipping on 30 October 2026, the period therefore starts on delivery, not on ordering.
- The Commitment (successive deliveries) — the period starts on receipt of the first parcel.
Send us your decision by e-mail to support@liminate.com or by post to the address below. We acknowledge receipt without delay. Reimbursement follows no later than 14 days after we receive your decision, using the same payment method you used to order.
