Purchase Options Cancellation Policy — LIMINATE

Applicable to The Unbroken Chain subscription and any recurring purchase option.


0. Founders Subscription Commitment (3-cycle minimum)

The Unbroken Chain at €80 / 4 weeks is a Founders rate reserved for the first 2,500 members who complete their initiation cycle:

  • The €80 locked-forever rate activates after your 3rd delivery.
  • The minimum commitment is 3 deliveries.
  • Cancellation before the 3rd delivery triggers a price differential charge of €20 per delivery already received, aligning your total paid with the one-time purchase equivalent (€100 / delivery).
  • From the 4th delivery onwards, you may pause, skip or cancel any cycle at any time — without reason, without fees, without penalty.

This structure protects the integrity of The Chain and ensures Founders status is earned, not extracted.

1. Right to cancel (after your 3rd delivery)

After your 3rd delivery, you may cancel your Unbroken Chain subscription (or any active recurring purchase option) at any time, without justification and without any penalty or fee, directly from your customer account on liminate.com. Before the 3rd delivery, see Section 0 (Founders Subscription Commitment) — the price differential (€20 per delivery received) will be charged upon cancellation.

2. Cancellation timing

Cancellation becomes effective before the next scheduled payment, provided it is requested at least 24 hours before that payment. Any cancellation requested less than 24 hours before a scheduled charge will apply to the following billing cycle — you will still receive and be charged for the currently in-progress box.

3. Pause or skip a delivery

Instead of cancelling, you may choose to pause your subscription or skip an upcoming delivery, at no cost, at any time via your customer account. This preserves your Founders rate (€80 locked forever) if you subscribed during the Founders Edition phase.

4. Effects of cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • No further boxes will be shipped after the currently in-progress cycle.
  • No further payments will be charged.
  • Your account remains active — you may resubscribe at any time.

Important: if you cancel your Founders Edition subscription and later resubscribe, you rejoin at the public rate in effect at that time. The Founders rate (€80 locked forever) is preserved only while the subscription remains continuously active.

5. Refunds after cancellation

Boxes already shipped at the time of cancellation are not refundable, in accordance with the exception applicable to sealed food supplements under Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. Unshipped, un-charged boxes are simply not billed.

6. How to cancel

  1. Log into your customer account on liminate.com.
  2. Go to "Manage subscription" or "My Chain".
  3. Click "Cancel subscription".
  4. Confirm your choice.

Alternatively, email contact@liminate.com with your order number and we will process the cancellation manually within 24 business hours.
